After finding a package for me, I told Joe to go on and book it, he rang me within 10 minutes with an even better offer whilst he was confirming the hotel, so we upgraded.
Joe even sorted a hotel to stay in overnight for the night before the flight. I hadn’t even thought about it!

I was recommended to get in touch with Joe through a friend. I was looking to book a surprise trip to New York for my husband to be as a wedding gift.
The whole experience booking from searches to paying for was so straight forward! I’d explained I wanted a particular hotel and ideally certain dates. So the holiday was a touch over budget but the deal Joe got me was unreal and too good to turn down!
Few days before Joe contacted to make sure we were all set and ready and if we needed anything.
The actual holiday was amazing 👌🏻 as I’m sure those that have been New York will agree!

Joe at Not Just Travel didn't just book our holiday this summer within our budget and time frame he found numerous holiday destinations because as we are self employed our work schedules changed and therefore our dates and duration. Joe was professional and never moaned when we changed our plans, he was always available to take my calls or messages and communicated with us regularly to update us on holidays that suited us. when he did book us our holiday he found us a great price for where we wanted to go, sorted out the visas, car parks and anything else we needed with no hassle and with a cheery manner. He sorted the boarding passes so we had no worries when at the airport. Joe and Kirstie went above and beyond to our trip to New York City in Sept this year. nothing was too much bother for them. As it was our first time in NY they provided us with so much information about the city and places to go, things to see and also how and where to go for tickets. Our hotel was in the most perfect location and the whole trip ran smoothly from start to finish, thanks to these two! When we arrived in NY, we had a problem at the hotel and was put in the wrong room, we contacted Joe and Kirstie and we were in the room which we paid for by the end of the day. I’ve been chatting with Joe on and off for about 2 days now attempting to rescue my holiday I had booked with Thomas cook. Throughout this whole ordeal he’s been the most understanding, tentative and helpful person ever. He not only understood what needed to be done but in the frantic mess that is the holiday industry at the moment he got us the right deal in the right location with the right dates or as close to as he could get. Cannot recommend this guy enough. Sealed the deal today, already got our boarding passes. Just waiting on everything else to come through now 😁. If anyone is considering these guys I would highly recommend especially if you’re a thomas cook customer and have the money to book another holiday. Thank you Joe, you’re a star 🌟

As usual we left it late to book for summer 19 and to make matters worse we wanted to go to Rome. Joe got on to the case straightaway and within hours we were booked and all ready to go. Me and my 5 friends went to Magaluf for the week and we stayed in the BH Mallorca Apartments. The hotel itself was great and was very ideal for us since it was close to the beach and the strip.
